William Bryson (b. 1779)

William Bryson, son of William M. Bryson and Susannah Bogle was born January 26, 1779, in Henderson County, NC. He married Sarah Jones. William and Sarah had ten children:

  1. William, born September 30, 1811.
  2. Mary "Polly", born November 24, 1813; married John Covington Moore and moved to Clay County, NC; died November 12, 1887.
  3. Susan
  4. Joseph Y., born 1816; married Rebecca Anderson.
  5. James W., born December 12, 1819.
  6. Terrell
  7. George Washington, born 1822; married Mary Ackers.
  8. Teresia, married Alfred Ledbetter.
  9. Rachel C., married Frank Brittian.
  10. [an unknown child]

William and Sarah's dates of death are unknown.
